He was born June 6, 1958 to Ruby Lee Brooks and Edwin L. Brooks Sr. in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin L. Brooks Sr.; brother, Edwin L. Brooks Jr.; and sister, Daisy Goodman.
He leaves behind sisters, Judy Williams, Catherine Campell (Everett), Marlene Deleslie (Joseph), and Cheryl Jordan; brother, Ernest Edmond; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held November 23, 2018 at Huff & Battise Funeral Home in Fernandina Beach. Visiting hours will be 3-5 p.m.
