Charles Anne Mullis, 87, of Fernandina Beach, Fla., passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in the care of Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach, Fla. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019 from St. Michael Catholic Church with Pastor Rev. Briggs Hurley officiating.
