The funeral service for Russell Edward Brown Jr. will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, located at 10 S. 10th St. in Fernandina Beach. The visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Church. Interment will be private.
