
Joseph "Glenn" Camp, 51, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 12, 2019.
Glenn was born November 20, 1967 in Fernandina Beach, Fla. and was a lifelong resident of the area.
He was an auto mechanic and a jack-of-all-trades. He loved working with his hands, riding his motorcycle, camping, and fishing. He loved adventures of any kind. Glenn was known for his kindness, easy-going spirit and love for life. He was a great people person and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Glen was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Camp; his father, Lester "Gene" Camp; and a brother, Emmett E. Camp.
He is survived by his only child, Joey E. Camp; his partner, Nelda Neaves; his mother, Gloria Thomas (Harry); a brother, James Thomas (Katherine); his many sisters, Gloria Godwin (Roger), Darlene Downey (Keith), Tina Probst (Gilley), and Chrissy Thomas (Krystle); and many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019 in the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral Home in Yulee, Fla. Everyone is invited to attend.
