Rev. Youlice Grant Carver, 83 of Palatka, FL passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Rev. Carver was a native of Kirkland, Georgia. He lived and was a pastor for several years in the St. Mary’s and Yulee area before moving to Palatka 30 years ago. Rev. Carver was a retired Baptist minister who enjoyed fishing and working in his yard.
Rev. Carver was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Vonnie Rowe Carver and is survived by his children, Steve (Sandra) Carver, Tommy Carver and Darlene (Charles) Groover, one brother, Jimmy (Sandra) Carver, five grandchildren, Bubba, Raegan, Victoria, Amber and Teresa, and six great grandchildren, Meredyth, Avery, Aiden, Emily Fay, Kai, and Emma.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 9, 2016 in the First Baptist Church of Middleburg. Pastor Ralph Estevez will officiate.
