Funeral services for Mr. Tracy L. Locker, 83, of Fernandina Beach will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, in the Burgess Chapel of Oxley-Heard. Mr. Locker will be laid to rest in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. with military honors.
