John J. Graves, 77, went home to be with his heavenly Father on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017.
Mr. Graves served 11 years with the city of Fernandina Beach Public Works Department before working in Florida Public Utilities’ Water Department, where he retired after 28 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Graves; son, Matthew A. Graves (Amanda); grandchildren, Brady, Kayli and Brock; and daughter, Elizabeth Anderson (Jason).
The memorial service for Mr. Graves will be held at noon Friday, Feb. 17, at Walker’s Landing on Amelia Island Plantation.
