Mary Frances Wall Mattox, 85 of Bradenton, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017.
Her loving husband of 68 years, Clifford, was at her side.
Mary was born Nov. 13, 1931, in Wake County, N.C., and was the daughter of the late Henry Wall and Ada Francis Haley.
Mary was preceded in death by her son, Robert, and her sisters, Nancy, Violet and Helen.
Mrs. Mattox is survived by her children, Cliff Mattox and wife Becky, Kathleen Mattox (wife of the late Robert Mattox), Mike Mattox and wife Chris, and Mary Duncum and husband Allen; her sisters, Clara Boscia, Carolyn Eddins, Janice Hines, and Alice Royall and husband J.T.; her brothers, Ralph Eddins and wife Helen, Richard Eddins, Raymond Eddins and wife Judy, and Clark Eddins and wife Linda; grandchildren, Gene, Stacy, Mary and husband Alan, John and wife Emily, Alison and husband Aaron, Paige, Karen and husband Chris, and Alex; and great-grandchildren, Savanah, Brendan, Saria, Robert, Jackson, Mattox and Coraline.
Funeral services will be at Yulee Baptist Church, 85971 N. Harts Road, Yulee, on Saturday, Feb. 18, with viewing at 10 a.m. and celebration at 11 a.m., followed by interment at Green Pine Cemetery.
