Mr. Adam J. Herndon, 32, of Fernandina Beach, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017, at his home.
Born in Jacksonville, he was the son of James Herndon and Kimberly Ann Zimmerman Pauley. Adam had been a lifelong resident of Fernandina Beach, where he was a graduate of Fernandina Beach High School, Class of 2004. Adam was presently working as a painting supervisor at North Florida Shipyards in Jacksonville.
He leaves behind his mother, Kimberly Ann Pauley and her husband, Chuck, of Fernandina Beach; his father, James Herndon of Jacksonville; his daughters, Kailee Ann Herndon, Abigail Marie Herndon and their mother, Joanna Herndon, of Jacksonville; three sisters, Heather Scott of Fernandina Beach, Amanda Herndon of Jacksonville, and Deborah Lynn Harris of Mayport; and his maternal grandparents, Andrew and Virginia Zimmerman of The Villages.
Adam will be laid to rest at a later date.
