Phebia Jefferson, 65, Yulee, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Solid Rock Church of God by Faith in Yulee. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church. She will be laid to rest at Whispering Pines Cemetery.
