Deborah Anne Crane, of Fernandina Beach, Fla., passed away peacefully Tuesday evening, January 29, 2019 at Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
She was born and raised in Charlotte, N.C. and moved to Jacksonville, Fla. for a brief period at the age of nine before settling in Fernandina Beach. She was married in 1979 to Alfred Kenniston Crane I of Fernandina Beach. She was a teacher's aide at Southside Elementary School in Fernandina Beach for 23 years and a member of Five Points Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Kenniston Crane I, and her youngest son, Marc Allen Crane, of Fernandina Beach.
She is survived by her brother, Danny Ray Norman of Miami, Fla.; her sister, Kathy Maley of St. Mary's, Ga.; her three remaining sons, Billy Ray Langston of Richmond, Va., Michael Kennith Crane of Fernandina Beach, and Alfred Kenniston Crane II of Jacksonville; her two grandchildren, Ashtyn Taylor Ray Langston, of Fernandina Beach and Draven Kiana Slack of Traverse City, Mich.; her great-granddaughter, Michaela Adylynn Slack of Traverse City; and her unborn grandson, Kaiven Vong Crane of Jacksonville.
