Melissa Margaret Mock, 50, of Fernandina Beach, Fla., passed away Monday, September 9, 2019 at her home.
She was born in Jacksonville, Fla. on June 19, 1969. Melissa graduated from Bartram School in 1988. She attended Valdosta State University, where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
Melissa is survived by her parents, Marcy and Billy Mock; brothers, Jay Mock (Ginger) and Jonathan Mock (Elisha); niece, Emma Katherine Mock; nephews, Jenkins Mock, Jackson Mock, and Tanner Mock, all of Fernandina Beach; uncles, Jimmy Peacock, Robert Mock (Charlotte), and Mike Mock.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. A lunch reception will be held in Burns Hall immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter’s Foundation Cemetery Fund.
