Joel's family would like to express their gratitude to Community Hospice & Palliative Care’s Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach, Fla. for the care and support received. Finally, there are no words to express how blessed dad was with the love and personal care provided by a wonderful group of ladies that went above and beyond.
