Deborah “Debbie” Surak Churchill entered into eternal peace on January 11, 2018 at her residence in Yulee, Fla.
Deborah was born on June 8, 1961 in Passaic, N.J. to Robert Warner and Josephine Buscemi. She was predeceased by her parents; siblings, Johnny Shea and Susan Zeiske; and her devoted son, John Joseph Churchill Jr.
She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her husband, John Joseph Churchill; loving children, Wayne Pellicier and wife Shannon of Jacksonville, Fla., Lisa Kovacich and husband Owen of Yulee, Josephine Churchill of Chesapeake, Va., and Justine Churchill of Norfolk, Va.; siblings, Edward Surak and wife Diana, Robert Surak, and Elizabeth Shea and husband Charlie; and lifelong friend, Christina SanAngelo. She was a devoted grandmother to Austin, Hailey, Lisette, Jaelynne, Tyler, Caiden, Frankie IV, Kyson, Tiana, Samantha, Robert Jr., Jaxon, and DJ.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the Journey Church in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
